Shipping & Duties
All shipments entering India are subject to applicable import duties and taxes in accordance with Indian regulations. For your convenience and peace of mind, we handle and pay these duties and taxes on your behalf, meaning:

- No additional payments required upon delivery
Regarding GST Claims
Some statements suggest that our sales are “illegal” without Indian GST registration. This is incorrect.
For cross-border transactions where goods are shipped from outside India directly to customers:
- GST registration is generally not required for overseas sellers
- Import duties and IGST are handled at the point of import
This is standard practice in international e-commerce and widely accepted globally.
Regarding Customs Allegations
