For VIVIDSTORM projector screens, we provide:
- 2-year warranty for motorized projection screens and fixed frame screens
- 5-year warranty for screen motors, with replacement motor support provided where applicable within the warranty period
For projectors, cabinets, and other home theatre products, warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand, model, and manufacturer’s policy.
All warranty claims must be supported with valid proof of purchase, order details, photos or videos of the reported issue, and any other information required for proper assessment.
Please note that warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, physical impact, improper adjustment, unauthorised repair, transportation by third parties, external objects, accidents, or any other cause unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
